Huzhou Changhe District Bureau of Science, Technology and Talents, Anji County Investment Delegation Visit Hatro Electronics
On September 21, Mr. Yang Junwei, Director of the Science, Technology and Talents Bureau of Changhe District, Huzhou City, and Ms. Cao Yao, Deputy Director of the Hangzhou-Jiaxing Investment Promotion Branch of Anji County, visited Xiamen Hatro Electronics Co., Ltd. for an inspection and exchange. Mr. Zhou Haiming, Chairman of Hatro, and the technical team received the delegation.
During the visit, the delegation toured Hatro's carrier tape production workshop and cleanroom, and received a technical briefing on the company's semiconductor packaging carrier tapes, PS conductive masterbatch, and self-developed core equipment. As a NEEQ-listed enterprise (Stock Code: 834954), Hatro is one of the few domestic suppliers with full-chain independent capabilities across "materials – equipment – carrier tapes" in semiconductor packaging consumables. The company leads the drafting of three industry standards for cover tape, carrier tape, and carrier tape reel, with products widely serving the optical module, memory chip, and AI chip packaging sectors.
Director Yang Junwei recognized Hatro's technological accumulation in high-end carrier tapes and introduced Changhe District's industrial layout, talent policies, and hosting capacity in semiconductors and high-end equipment manufacturing. He noted that Changhe District is located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta integration and is actively taking on coordinated industrial transfer of the Yangtze River Delta semiconductor supply chain, welcoming leading enterprises like Hatro to explore cooperation.
Deputy Director Cao Yao introduced Anji County's green industry foundation and the resource matching mechanism of the Hangzhou-Jiaxing Investment Promotion Branch, expressing interest in exploring cooperation with Hatro in production capacity layout and industrial supporting.
Chairman Zhou Haiming stated that Hatro is at a critical stage of carrier tape capacity expansion and domestic substitution. The Yangtze River Delta is the most concentrated region for semiconductor packaging in China, offering strong complementarity with Changhe District and Anji County in supply chain coordination and talent development.
This exchange laid an initial foundation for both parties in Yangtze River Delta industrial layout, technical cooperation, and talent exchange. The two sides will maintain follow-up communication on specific cooperation directions.
